The Department of Social Services recently undertook a review of the administrative processes of the Quality Reporting Program (the Program). From 1 January 2014, the final stages of this streamlining process were implemented.

The Department of Social Services recently undertook a review of the administrative processes of the Quality Reporting Program (the Program). From 1 January 2014, the final stages of this streamlining process were implemented.
