Dear Stakeholders

The Department of Social Services (DSS) is undertaking an open approach to market from 24 October 2014 for organisations interested in delivering aged care assessment services to people requiring low intensity, basic support at home.

It is intended that the services arising from this tender opportunity will be delivered within 52 pre-specified regions across Australia excluding Victoria and Western Australia, but will be open to organisations from all jurisdictions.

DSS intends to actively seek organisations capable of covering multiple regions, including via consortia arrangements.
